Corrosion resistance and main use environment: 1.4835/S30818/253MA is a kind of alloy, which is obtained by increasing nitrogen content and adding rare earth elements for microalloying on the basis of alloy 1.4828. It has good oxidation resistance, high temperature corrosion resistance and high temperature mechanical strength.The most suitable temperature range is 850-1100℃. If used in the range of 600 to 850℃, the impact toughness at room temperature will be reduced due to structural changes.

The balanced chemical composition of 1.4835/S30818/253MA enables the steel to have the most suitable comprehensive performance, extremely high oxidation resistance and the oxidation skin temperature as high as 1150℃ within the temperature range of 850℃ to 1100℃.Very high creep resistance and creep fracture strength;It has good resistance to high temperature corrosion and brush corrosion in most gas media.High yield strength and tensile strength at high temperature;Good formability and weldability, and sufficient machinability.

In addition to alloying elements chromium and nickel, 1.4835/S30818/253MA stainless steel also contains Rare Earth Metals (REM) in small amounts, which significantly improves its antioxidant capacity.Nitrogen was added to improve creep properties and to make the steel fully austenite.Despite the relatively low chromium and nickel content, this stainless steel has in many cases the same high temperature characteristics as high alloyed alloy steel and nickel-based alloys.
