Nickel 201 alloy has the following characteristics:
Nickel 200 is a pure commercial nickel with very low carbon content and has been approved for use in high temperature environments up to 1230 degrees Celsius.
Nickel 201 Applications:
Food processing equipment, salt extraction equipment.
Mining and ocean mining.
Equipment for manufacturing industrial sodium hydroxide at high temperatures above 300 C.
Production of organic or inorganic chlorides and fluorides: resistance to chlorine and fluorine corrosion
nuclear reactor
Crankneck bottles and components in heat treatment furnaces, especially in carbonization and nitriding atmosphere
In the application of catalytic regenerator in petrochemical production, alloy 600 is recommended to obtain longer service life.
